Brenda serves as Commercial Underwriter for Fidelity's National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Columbus, Ohio. Joining Fidelity in 1992, she specializes in Florida transactions and has held numerous roles including underwriting, title production, and management mainly as a senior commercial underwriter with the largest national title insurers in the country. Brenda has experience working on all property types including complex underwriting of mobile home parks, assisted living facilities, apartment complexes, office buildings, regional malls, shopping centers, multi-family developments, multi-site acquisitions, new construction, sports arenas, and golf courses. She has collaborated extensively with attorney agents both locally and nationally, as well as national commercial services and national business unit divisions.

Brenda’s college education and studies focused on business law, contractual law, taxes, accounting, and economics towards an associate’s degree in business. As a native Floridian, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family, and traveling.
