Caitlin serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for the Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She processes all orders for title search products, and updates and coordinates workflow between the underwriters and our network of offices and agents. Caitlin works tirelessly to meet all customer deadlines by being incredibly organized and efficient. She also works on a variety of special projects.

Originally form Westerville, Ohio, Caitlin earned a Bachelor of English degree from Arizona State University. She has spent the last ten years moving around the country as a military family but recently settled down back in Westerville and is looking forward to raising her children near family and friends.
