Patricia serves as Title/Escrow Assistant for Fidelity National Title's Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Joining the NCS in 2026, she has brought several years of commercial real estate experience gained as a paralegal. Patricia’s background includes coordinating complex transactions, reviewing title and property-related documents, and supporting real estate matters from contract through closing. In addition, she owns and manages both long-term and short-term rental properties, providing her with firsthand experience in property ownership, investment, and real estate operations.

Patricia is actively involved in her local community through youth development and faith-based initiatives. She has helped develop and lead youth enrichment programming focused on education, creativity, mentorship, and personal growth. Patricia is also the author of Where the Stars Hide, and has been involved in creative programs designed to encourage young people through writing and the arts.
