An industry veteran, Stephanie has been underwriting complex commercial transactions exclusively in Florida and across the United States for over 40 years and with national underwriters for more than 20 of those years. She has been a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Law since 2018.  
 
Most recently, Stephanie was senior underwriting counsel in the national commercial division of a national title company. She also served as a mentor in her office as well as through a companywide mentoring program for new underwriters. Stephanie provided daily Florida underwriting support for other national commercial offices as well. She has been a speaker at several customer educational events in the last year and, over the years, was given the opportunity to participate in select company-sponsored development programs.

Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Auburn University and a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband and daughter, along with Tootsie, their much-loved and spoiled Labradoodle and Misty, their timid but independent cat.  Stephanie enjoys listening to audiobooks, streaming a good TV series, and watching sports with her husband, especially NHL and NFL games.
