Shannon is an underwriter with Fidelity National Title's National Commercial Services division in Columbus, Ohio. She began her career in 2015 at the order desk and quickly advanced to become the head underwriter's assistant before transitioning into underwriting. Shannon’s broad operational and underwriting experience allows her to provide knowledgeable, detail-oriented support for commercial real estate transactions.

Shannon lives in Sunbury, Ohio, with her husband and four of their five children who range in age from four to twenty-five. She treasures spending time with her family including her granddaughter. In 2023, Shannon and her husband built their dream home, and she enjoys making it her own through decorating and finishing their basement.
