Stacee serves as Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began in the industry in 1996 and joined the NCS in 2023. In her current role, Stacee maintains detailed records of loan transactions and customer interactions, as well as the confidentiality of customer information in accordance with federal regulations. Stacee also:
- verifies property title clearance and payment of outstanding debts,
- prepares legal documents to facilitate residential and commercial closings,
- balances closing disclosures and settlement statements to finalize transactions,
- checks real estate agreements for proper execution, preparation, and balancing,
- schedules closings and communicates with buyers, sellers, and refinancers about requirements.

Stacee stays current on industry knowledge through continued education and relevant training classes. She resides in Columbus, Ohio.
