Joining the industry in 2001, Steve has substantial experience working in all aspects of the title process with a current focus on handling escrow for residential and commercial closings. This includes title clearance, document preparation and review, and title underwriting. Steve also prioritizes communication with clients relating to the explanation of closing documents, and handling closing funds and disbursements.

Steve is a member of the Mid-Town Real Estate Group, the Hilliard Area Realtors Association, and the Bexley, Eastmoor, and Berwick area realty association. In 2020 he was awarded Greatest Financial Improvement for a branch and Employee of the Year for PGP Title in 2021. Steve lives in Hilliard, Ohio and enjoys photography, cycling, music, and Star Wars.
