Susan serves as Paralegal and Senior National Title Coordinator for Fidelity National Title's Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. An industry veteran, she joined the Columbus NCS in 1997 and has experience working on various commercial transactions throughout the United States as well as one memorable deal involving a property in Trinidad and Tobago. Susan currently works on large recording projects assisting national clients with assignment portfolios.

Susan is a Certified Dream Builder Coach - 9/2016 (Life Mastery Institute) aiding people as they formulate their dreams and work towards attaining them so that they can live a life they love living. Her community involvement includes:
- Board Member - NSI / Columbus OH - food pantry located in Ohio State University District
- Philanthropy - H. Dean and Susan Regis Gibson Endowment at Ohio State University CCBBI
- Board of Education - Ellington CT (1993-1995)
- Crystal Lake School PTO President - Ellington CT (1987-1990)
Susan earned her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and her paralegal certificate from the Paralegal Institute (Silver Spring, Maryland). She lives in Columbus, Ohio and enjoys spending time with family as well as various crafts, cooking and walking.
