Suzanne serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined Fidelity in 1996 and is responsible for closing many multi-site commercial transactions. From ordering title work to preparing closing statements and closing the transactions, Suzanne is not happy until she knows all parties have had a positive experience regardless of the hurdles to be overcome. She knows what is important to her clients and knows her team can handle any type of commercial real estate transaction. They excel at and enjoy servicing the most complex multi-state, multi-site transactions.
