Tom Solomon serves as National Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Tom has been in the industry since 1991 and joined the Columbus NCS in 1998. In his current role, he underwrites transactions on a variety of commercial property types located all over the country. Tom has underwritten numerous multi-site shopping mall, restaurant, and multi-family transactions. As a key resource to both colleagues and customers, Tom also fields title-related questions not directly tied to a specific transaction.

Tom received a B.A. in American Studies from Franklin College of Indiana and a J.D. from Indiana University at Indianapolis.
