Joining the company in 2003, Heather prepares title commitments and issues final policies in accordance with underwriting guidelines. She collaborates with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely processing of title transactions. An industry veteran, Heather has substantial experience with residential and commercial refinance and purchase transactions, including multi-state commercial refinance and purchase transactions.

Outside of work, Heather previously enjoyed building and caring for a hobby farm with alpacas, miniature donkeys, goats, sheep, chickens, and turkeys and she will always treasure that chapter of her life. As Heather begins a new adventure, she will be focusing on growing her Airbnb properties and, in 2027, she and her husband will relocate to Apple Valley Lake in Howard, Ohio, where they are looking forward to embracing lake life and Heather will be working fully remotely for Fidelity.
