Yolanda is Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation located in Columbus, Ohio. She processes orders for title search products, and updates and coordinates workflow between the underwriters and our network of offices and agents. Yolanda works tirelessly to meet all customer deadlines by being incredibly organized and efficient.

Joining the industry in 1989, Yolanda previously held the role of Senior Director of Operations responsible for daily title company operations including management, budgeting, staffing, training, performance appraisals, business development, client retention, software supervision, and social media content development. She underwrote and closed commercial and residential properties, prepared closing statements, coordinated with all parties, tracked documents and title clearing matters. She worked extensively with real estate developers, lenders, investors, and attorneys.

In March 2022, Yolanda authored, “Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Why It Matters,” for Title Topics, the Ohio Land Title Association’s quarterly newsletter. In 2022, she was named Affiliate of the Year by the Women’s Council of Realtors, Stark County, Ohio. Yolanda has also served as treasurer of the Women’s Council of Realtors, in 2015, 2018-2020, and 2021.

As an assistant pastor, Yolanda teaches bible study groups and preaches sermons. She also serves as a leadership team member assisting with developing strategies, policies, and initiatives to provide worship, evangelism, and service excellence. From Malone University, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in theological studies. Yolanda lives in Akron, Ohio and enjoys walking, traveling, and spending time with family. She is an avid fan of football, basketball, baseball--especially the Ohio teams.
