Jessica Heard serves as National Order Coordinator and Underwriting and Escrow Assistant for Fidelity National Title’s Columbus National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She began her title industry career in 1999 and joined Fidelity in 2008. Jessica is currently responsible for order entry, commitment prep, special projects, as well as pre and post-closing tasks. She makes sure everything needed for closing has been completed. Jessica compiles and records documents, cuts checks, wires funds and finalizes policies. She is known for being a highly organized, efficient, responsive, thorough, and proactive team member.

Jessica lives in Port Saint Lucie, Florida with her husband of 13 years and 3 children. She enjoys spending time poolside with her kids and being involved in their many activities. Jessica also enjoys keeping healthy with Crossfit training.
